Dr. Price earned a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Technology from the University of Texas at Austin. He has taught instructional technology and computer education in higher education for over 30 years. He also works as a teacher trainer and distance educator. He served as the Program Coordinator for Instructional Technology and Director of the Education Computer Center at Texas Tech for 18 years. He received Texas Tech's Excellence in Distance Education Award in 1997. He has presented at numerous professional conferences, held several offices in professional organizations, and is author of numerous articles and books.
